Construction waste refers to the wastes generated by construction units or individuals during the construction, laying, demolition, and repair of various buildings, structures, and pipe networks. These wastes, including muck, spoil, waste materials, residual mud, and others, pose significant challenges to waste management and environmental sustainability.

Regarding construction waste treatment equipment, it achieves the crushing-screening-removal of construction waste conveniently and quickly. The equipment processes the sorted construction waste by employing specific iron removal equipment to eliminate iron substances. The crusher processes the raw material of construction waste received from the feeder. Subsequently, the conveyor belt conveys the crushed material, with an iron removal device installed above it to simultaneously remove iron. It then transports the material to the screening station, where it undergoes screening and subsequent discharge. The resulting materials are divided into four categories: 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-15mm, and >15mm (designed according to customer needs). The 5-10mm and 10-15mm materials undergo treatment for light materials before discharge, while the >15mm materials are reintroduced into the crushing process, forming a closed loop.

There are two main types of urban construction waste treatment based on local policies and environmental considerations: fixed construction waste treatment systems and mobile crushing and screening stations.

1. Fixed construction waste treatment system

Centralized treatment involves concentrating construction waste in a specific location for unified sorting and processing. Based on market conditions reported by customers, there are two types of processing equipment available for centralized treatment of construction waste. Customers can choose between a fixed set of crushing equipment or a combination of mobile crushing and screening stations for convenient transfer.

Moreover, the combination of stationary crushing equipment comprises a complete set of sand and gravel production lines, including jaw crushers, impact crushers (or cone crushers), sand-making machines, vibrating screens, conveyors, and more. 2. Mobile crushing and screening station

In cases where construction waste accumulation is not concentrated or is divided into multiple areas for processing, minimizing equipment repurchasing and overall equipment costs involves using mobile crushing and processing equipment. Sorted materials

The construction waste sorting machine operates on-site at construction waste sites. Here, it processes concrete blocks, waste bricks, mortar, and dregs from the waste. It crushes them according to construction requirements to obtain recycled aggregates and a small number of steel bars. Coarse aggregates, used as crushed stones, are directly employed for foundation reinforcement, road cushions, and indoor floor cushions. Moreover, fine aggregates can be transformed into hollow bricks, solid bricks, square bricks, environmentally friendly construction waste concrete porous bricks, and other environmentally friendly bricks.

Decoration Waste Treatment

Decoration waste includes the leftover materials, tailings, and other wastes generated during the decoration, repair, and embellishment of various buildings. It encompasses wood, plastic, metal, textiles, glass, gypsum, ceramic tiles, cement, etc., often mixed with paints, coatings, etc. Improper disposal of these materials can not only result in resource wastage but also contribute to environmental pollution.

Decoration waste is mainly composed of the following six parts:

1. Waste concrete, bricks, mortar, etc.
This part mainly comes from the reconstruction of the non-load-bearing wall part of the house
2. Scrap metal, glass, etc.
This mainly comes from the transformation and replacement of our usual safety protection facilities, such as guardrails, doors, windows, etc.
3. Floor tiles, wall tiles, wooden floors, wallpapers, wall coverings, etc.
This kind is generally the garbage produced by house decoration or renovation
4. Wood blocks, artificial boards
This is mainly the waste generated from our custom-made cabinets and keel installation
5. Cardboard, plastic, etc.
This mainly belongs to light materials such as various packaging bags
6. Other hazardous waste
Such as paint, coating, glue/emulsion, and packaging, etc.
